Rude! Asked for a certain hairstyle and they continued to encourage me not to do it because it was “trashy” and that I would regret it. After standing firm that that’s what I wanted and their mean banter, she agreed to do it. It was skunk stripes for anyone wondering, so very clear dark (nearly black) and bright blonde chunky highlights. She promised she would add VERY dark stripes to my blonde hair and large bright highlights. — when we were all done it did not even come close to what I wanted. There are now dark blonde stripes in my blonde hair and I have a middle aged woman’s balayage. She said, so condescendingly ,“wow it looks really good and not trashy at all!” Paid $80 for a hairstyle I absolutely did not want nor ask for, and left the salon upset and judged.
